Kissing the texture
2004. Wood, green net and colored pins (pink, white)

The title alludes to something seductive, intriguing but not unattainable rather, something that already concerns us in some way and therefore easily achievable, completable, a comforting and easy story to be attracted to and to close with a kissing plot, a kind of academic kissing the best way to conclude studies, the consolidation of a couple.

And it is in this vital as well as harmless way of achieving a shape plausible that lurks a ruthless awareness, the need to define oneself in what we see is a kind of aesthetic trap, a net with an invisible weave invisible that captures the gaze and a physiological "kiss" stimulation of the good night from which one no longer escapes.
