I am pleased to announce This is ama.... is a project dedicated to Amanú, to our meeting, to some important moments and people who gave him hope in the first days of life like the policeman who found him with the prophetic name Mega Bit, it is a thought for Roberto from the association aid for Ethiopia, to the sounds, smells, games and images of his first 10 years with me and Rosy. We find in the tracks some of these moments such as when Ama as a child was explaining to me how I had to jump rope, the sampled sounds while having fun with his toys and with one of his piano pieces (this is ama), and much more that we do not see or hear. We would like to thank everyone who supported us and especially our dear friends for their exciting musical contributions, patient with me, such as Marco Mariani on trumpet, Stefano Brizzi on drums and percussion, Lorenzo Serafin on double bass, Francesca Petrolo trombone, Rocco Lo Monaco and Maurizio Mercuri on guitar...
